Our company is built on the NPG Security ethos, which highlights the importance of forging close bonds with all stakeholders. A thorough screening process that includes assessments of competence, ability, and behavior is applied to all
NPG Security workers. Following the hiring of staff in close collaboration with the customer, the NPG Security program for staff induction and retention is implemented.

Prior to founding NPG Security in 2023, Waleed held key positions in the security industry for some of Australia’s top security companies where he gained foundational understanding of all facets of security management.
